follow the "Conveyancing Protocol", and we are pleased to say
this firm has been operating the Protocol since its inception. The scheme
was originally devised by the Law Society to standardise the
documentation and procedures that have to be followed. We particularly
find that it is a more efficient way of conveying a property. We will
endeavour to collect all the information that you will be required to
disclose to a potential buyer, as soon as you instruct us to proceed.
This enables us to send out a complete package of information to the
buyers¹ solicitor, as soon as we receive the title deeds of your
property. In practice this means that any queries buyers may have can be
resolved sooner rather than later. Conversely, if you are purchasing a
property, we will copy you with the information that the sellers supply
to ourselves.
